So Railway Protection Force is announcing 17000 constable post for both Male/Female Candidates. Candidates who are eligible for the RPF Constable Post can apply for the
post on it’s official website till 31st March 2015.
Age limit :- 18-25 years
Education Qualification :- Matriculation/12th passed or graduate in any discipline recognized university.
Pay scale :- Rs.5200 – 20200 + GP Rs.2000/-

Selection mode : Selection will be based on 3 Stages:-
Exam Pattern for RPF Constable Post 2015 :-
1. General Knowledge : General Knowledge of current affairs, Hindi, History, Geography, Science.
2. English : Paragraph writing , correction of sentences, Grammar, Sentence Making, Nouns and so on.
3. Reasoning : Analysis, Decision Making, Judgement, Solving Problem, Memory and others.
4. Mathematic Aptitude : Computation of whole numbers, Relationships, Arithmetic.
Total No. of Marks : 50
Total No. of Questions : 50 (every part is containing 50 questions)
Time Duration : 120 minutes
Physical Standard for the RPF Constable Post
A candidate’s physical standard should be as following :
RPF Physical Fitness Test Pattern :
1. 1600 Meters Race have to be complete in 5.45 Min. It is only for Male Candidates. They will have only 1 chance to clear.
2. 800 Meters Race have to be complete in 3.40 Min. This is only for Female Candidates. They will also have 1 chance to clear.
3. High Jump : 3‘ feet 9” inches (Male) , 3 Feet (Female).
Chances to clear : 2
4. Long Jump : 14 feet (Male), 9 Feet (Female).
Chances to clear : 2
RPF Result Declaration 2015:
Candidates who qualify test can see their result from the Official website of RPF http://www.indianrailways.gov.in.
