Zee Talkies to Dub Disney Tv and Disney Pixar Cartoon Films in MarathiStay Tuned to Zee Talkies on 31st May 2015 to watch the amazing animated movie Wall-e.
The world of animation has its own charm. I personally enjoy watching the animated movies as it takes me back to my childhood days and in a different world altogether.
Well, as a part of “Animation Film Festival”, Zee Talkies has started a new segment this summer especially for kids and the audience of Maharashtra wherein they have arranged a lineup of seven Disney and Disney Pixar animated films that have been dubbed in Marathi.
Dubbing the classic Disney animated movies in Marathi is a great feat in the history of Marathi movies.
Beginning May 3rd these animated movies are being relayed on Sundays, at 12 PM and again a repeat show at 6 PM.

The Channel plans to relay seven films altogether which includes ‘The Lion King’, ‘Cinderella’ ‘Brave’, ‘UP’, ‘Finding Nemo’, ‘Beauty and the Beast’ and ‘Wall-E’.
Well known Marathi actors like Mahesh Manjrekar, Adinath Kothare are amongst those who have lent their voices to the leading animated characters in ‘The Lion King’. Cinderella’s voice has been dubbed by Ketaki Mategaonkar.
Business head of Zee Talkies, Mr Bavesh Janavlekar said: “Zee Talkies is one of the leading channels in the country with an established presence across Maharashtra. The channel has always lived up to its promise of continuous innovation and non-stop entertainment. Our programming ranges from critically acclaimed movies to the best of comedy films, and we are delighted to offer viewers popular titles from Disney's catalogue. This is going to be very exciting for kids and the entire family can experience Disney and Disney-Pixar's magic. I hope that this unique initiative will scale newer heights.”
Hats off for the entire production team, the dubbing artists and all the technicians who have really worked hard to maintain the beauty of these movies. Even the musicians have given a lot of contribution to make this a grand success.
If you have missed out on the last four Sundays, do take time and watch the remaining movies. It is wonderful to watch these Bollywood characters talk and express their feelings in Marathi and yes one more feather which I want to attribute to the team is the message which each film gives so it is not just an animation but it conveys some message to its audience.
