Jimmy Neutron
Retroville's resident boy genius knows a lot about science, but not so much about life. He thinks anything can be solved with a mathematical equation or a new invention, built his own robot dog, Goddard.Carl Weezer
Carl is Jimmy's best friend, but they couldn't be less alike. Carl is cautious and, well, kinda chicken, and he's prone to wheezing and carsicknessHugh Neutron
It's clear that Jimmy
didn't inherit his genius from his dad, Hugh. Hugh is kind of goofy (ok ,
really goofy), but he's always in a good mood.
Libby
Laid back Libby is Cindy's
best friend and the voice of reason in their class. Libby has a mind of
her own, but for some reason it usually seems to echo Cindy's.
Cindy Vortex
Cindy is the second
smartest kid in class (she used to be number one, until she moved across
the street from Jimmy). Cindy and Jimmy compete over pretty much
everything, including their dogs.They're usually found teasing and/or
insulting each other
Sheen
Sheen is not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree, but what he lacks in smarts he more than makes up for with his appetite.
Nick
He's the coolest guy in
Retroville (or at least in Jimmy's class). Nick is the oldest of Jimmy's
friends (having repeated the 4th grade as a result of chronic
tardiness).
Goddard
Jimmy's robot dog,
Goddard, is like a hi-tech, barking, Swiss army knife. He can transform
into all sorts of useful tools and gets his puppy-like energy from the
wall outlet.
Judy Neutron
Judy is head of the
Neutron household. She's no-nonsense, but always concerned with Jimmy's
exploits and how his day went. Taking a cue from Martha Stewart
