Sony TV to launch new fiction ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’
Sony Entertainment Television is currently reaching top in UK and India ratings, with the launch of some interesting concepts recently. To add to the plethora of hits, the broadcaster will be launching a new fiction titled ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’.
Sony TV is all set to come up with the brand new TV show on the channel. The upcoming TV show on the channel is titled as Mere Dad Ki Dulhan.
STORY
The story will revolve around a father and a daughter. The girl, who does not have a mother, will find a companion for her dad.
Mere Dad Ki Dulhan will have a totally different storyline. The TV show will focus on the beautiful bond of the daughter and father. Sony TV’s Mere Dad Ki Dulhan will showcase how the daughter who doesn't have a mother, will realize loneliness of father and will help him to get a perfect life partner.

The role of a father will be played by actor Varun Badola who is known to be the power house of talent. The actor is part of TV industry for very long time now and has proved mettle with his versatility in the shows like Banegi Apni Baat, Koshish – Ek Aashaa, Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Astitva...Ek Prem Kahani, Phir Subah Hogi and the list goes on.
Popular telly actress Shweta Tiwari is all set to make a comeback on the small screen. The pretty actress who was last seen in &TV's Begusarai will be seen as the leading lady in Mere Dad Ki Dulhan.
The daughter’s character will be played by Anjali. She recently worked in series SAB BHRAM HAI with kalki.
