The serial is focused on a cardiac surgeon: Dr Roshini who values the life of a patient above anything else.
This serial exposes viewers to the thrilling and exciting world of doctors and it clearly brings out the emotions and hard decisions which doctors have to make in their day to day life.
Life OK presents it viewers with a ‘female oriented’ serial with the main focus on Roshini, who has been shown to undergo a lot of hurdles to become a surgeon and currently she is a cardiac surgeon in London, UK.
Roshini is shown to be a staunch believer of human values and for her the life of her patient is of utmost priority and the hospital rules and protocols all are secondary aspects.

Roshini’s character depicts a rebellious doctor of present times who values principles and is not much concerned about rules and regulations if they come in the way of her patent’s life.

Roshni: Pooja Gor will be playing the strong role of Roshni. Born in Ahmadabad, Gujrat on 1st June 1991, this 24 year old girl had made her debut in NDTV Imagine’s  'Kitni Mohabbat Hai' as Purvi way back in 2008. Later she also played the lead role of Pratigya in 'Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya',  a Star Plus show from 2009 till 2012. She had also participated in Khatron ke khiladi Season 5 which is Colors TV show. Pooja also hosts Savdhaan India which is aired on Life OK.

Lead Male actor: Sahil Anand an Indian Film and Television actor who was seen in Student of the Year and Babloo Happy Hai. He also was a part of MTV Roadies Season 4 and also done many TV commercials.

Other Star Casts:
The show marks a comeback of legendary actor Amol Palekar to the Television industry after about a decade. This versatile Indian actor is a legend in himself besides being an actor he is also a director and a film maker who has given a lot contribution to the Hindi and Marathi Cinema.  Amol Palekar will play the role of Roshini’s father who is her support and her guide in this profession.

Divya Seth: She is yet another actor who was seen in Dekh Bhai Dekh and movie Dil Dhadakne Do. She plays wife of Amol Palekar in the serial.

Raghuveer Yadav: Again a versatile actor, besides being film actor he is also a stage actor, music composer, singer, set designer.
