Hindi Entertainment channel Zee Tv are all set to present the world television premiere of Kangana Ranaut’s recent movie 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns’on 11th October at 07.30pm.

'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' is a sequel to the 2011 Romance-Comedy-Drama film, Tanu Weds Manu and is directed by Anand L. Rai.

R. Madhavan, Kangana Ranaut, Jimmy Shergill, Deepak Dobriyal, Swara Bhaskar and Eijaz Khan reprise their roles in the film. The movie also features Kangana Ranaut in an additional role of a Haryanvi athlete, Kusum.

Plot of 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns’

The Film carries the love story of Tanu (Kangana Ranaut) and Manu (R. Mahadevan) forward showing the next chapter of the couple's life which begins from London and Tanu-Manu visiting a mental rehabilitation center.

Manu is thought to be mentally unsound and is hence taken by the doctors into custody. Tanu decides to go back to India after informing Pappi (Deepak Dobriyal) of her husband's "mental illness". This is where another trying time for the couple begins.

In India, Tanu meets her ex-boyfriends and prospective lovers while Manu meets a lookalike of his wife, Kusum aka Datto, a sports-quota student at Delhi University. Will Tanu and Manu find love in their marriage yet again or will they part ways for good?
