Chromebit is a device which plugs in any HDMI-equipped monitor and makes it a temporary personal computer for a while. You can watch your favourite TV channels or youtube videos by just plugin into the monitor.

This device is inbuilt with quad-core ARM Cortex-A17-based Rockchip 3288 processor. It has fabulous graphic chip named as ARM Mali 760 quad-core. You can store your songs or videos in chromebit having 2GB memory and 16 GB of eMMC storage. Other specifications are single USB2.0 port, 802.11 ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0.

The best feature of Chromebit is that you are free to use it anywhere and you can operate with your smartphone via WiFi or Bluetooth. If you have High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) monitor then you just have to plug it in HDMI port and you can access web browsers.

Drawbacks of Chromebit 

With such a stupendous features and specifications, there is something lagging behind in this technology era. Chromebit doesn't support flash video without choppiness. HTML5 supported sites are better instead of flash sites.

It connect with your phone via Bluetooth or WiFi that ranges only up to six feet, which is very less in compare to other devices. Google has revealed its Chromecast dongle in July 2013, a device which can make a smartphone or tablet into best television experience for users.
