Pattern of Previous Railway Exam:
The question paper will be composed of four important segments namely General Arithmetic, Analytical and Quantitative Skills, General Awareness and as Language General Hindi/General English. There would be a total of 100 to 120 questions which the aspiring candidates have to attain in duration of about 90 minutes or one and a half hours.
There would be a negative marking format supported by deducting one third of the marks for each of the wrong question attempted. The Questions are of Multiple Type’s and are available in different languages such as Urdu, Hindi, and English and in other Local Languages. The Entrance exam is of aptitude test form, which is the minimum eligibility criterion for recruitment.
